Do you or your company want to help give back to students in need, but don't have a lot of time to go off site? Then get involved and host a drive* for our organization!

*Drives: Clothing, shoes, school supplies or hygiene products. We especially need clothing and shoes for elementary-aged school children.

The Giving Closet Project, Inc. (Jacksonville, FL) provides clothing and hygiene products to students in need, elevating their self-esteem and dignity. Our grassroots, organization was founded by a former Duval County teacher in April 2016.

REFER A STUDENT

Attention Duval County Volunteers

To volunteer with The Giving Closet Project in Duval County Public Schools, you must complete a Level 1 background check application. This is non-negotiable and will be enforced at the school level.

The process only takes a few minutes, and approval is required before you can serve in Duval County.

The safety and well-being of our students is our highest priority. We look forward to you volunteering with us soon!
