When a local school’s lost-and-found box filled up with 21 bags worth of belongings, The Giving Closest Project founder and former Duval County teacher Jennifer Smith said she had to do something.
The Giving Closet Project, Inc. (Jacksonville, FL) provides clothing and hygiene products to students in need, elevating their self-esteem and dignity. Our grassroots, organization was founded by a former Duval County teacher in April 2016.
