About Our District Hubs
Our district hubs serve as a fulfillment center for preparing custom care packages for homeless and low-income youth PreK –12th. Many of these students are considered “at-risk” and in emergency situations that are keeping them from attending school.
Our online referral process is a free resource for case managers, social workers, counselors, family liaisons, after-school providers and other social service agencies that work closely with our most vulnerable youth.
How it Works?
- School and district personnel identify students in need and work with families on getting sizes, style preferences and other information needed to best fulfill orders.
- Online referral is filled out by a school or district staff and submitted.
- The GCP team and volunteers fill orders weekly and arrange for pick-up or delivery options.
